Working alongside your teams, we use tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence to manage work, track progress and improve transparency. We also provide specialist change support – stakeholder analysis and engagement, impact assessment, communications, training and adoption planning – to reduce resistance and increase take-up of new services.
